Refunds:
- Store credit is given for returned items that meet the return conditions.
- Refund is given if an item/order doesnt fall within the final sale conditions below and if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):
- Sale Items: All sale items, including those purchased using coupons, promotions, gift cards, or discounts, are final sale.
- Underwear/Swimwear/Tights/Light Colored Clothing: These items are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns.
- Makeup and personal care items with broken or removed safety seals: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for makeup and personal care items with broken or removed safety seals. This ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.
Return Conditions:
- Items purchased on sale, using coupons, promotions, gift cards, or discounts are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for underwear/bras, swimwear, tights, bodysuits, white/beige/light-colored clothing, or soiled items.
- Customers are encouraged to check their size and ask questions about fit before purchasing. A video call can also be arranged to assist if not purchased in-store.
- Exchanges are conditional and require contacting leSwing Fashion within 24 hours of receiving the item and returning it within 48 to 72 hours.
- Returns for store credit are conditional and require contacting leSwing Fashion within 24 hours of receiving the item and returning it within 48 to 72 hours.
- Returned items or items for exchange must be unworn, unused, unsoiled, with tags, and in original packaging. "unsoiled" means (e.g., no makeup stains, deodorant marks, scratches or physical damage caused by customer).
- The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Additional Fees:
- Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to leSwing Fashion.
- Restocking fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit amount for any returned items for reasons where the item was not defective.
