Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent service. Our shipping policy is outlined below.

Local - All orders are dispatched within two–three business days of receiving the order. The day the order is placed is not included. A business day is defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International and regional shipping is 3-9 business days*. Delivery times are not guaranteed as there might be delays caused by Customs clearance in destination countries.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item/s is not in stock at the time of  order, we will notify you with the following options:

  • Replace with an alternative option/s if available
  • Remove the item/s that are out of stock and proceed with processing the items that are available. A refund would be issued for out-of-stock item/s. 
  • Cancel the full order and the order will be refunded

 

International or regional shipments are sent by Post or DHL. Shipping rates begin at USD$50 up.

*Delivery is only offered for some locations or centralized areas.

Delivery instructions are required at the end of the checkout process. Clear address information is to be included, along with any descriptors that may assist in ensuring the location is further identifiable. Authorized person/persons are to be listed, with a valid ID – and are required to be presented on delivery.

Shipping cost is based on the weight, size of your order and delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to be applied after the order is placed based on your location and the weight of the order.

Pick-Up In-Store Process: Once your order has been confirmed, you may pick up your order within two (2) working days of your order confirmation at the designated store location indicated on your order form. When picking it up, please take the following with you:

A valid government-issued photo I.D.

A printed or digital copy of your invoice (email on phone or log into website account).  Authorized person/persons are to be listed, a valid ID is required to be presented on pick up. Where practicable, you are required to inspect the items at pickup for defect/damage and confirmation of specifications as in colour, size etc; otherwise, you are required to inspect the items within 24 hours of taking possession of the same.

Leswing Fashion Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
